Opening the correct Flagr page…
Whether it’s your vehicle, your property, a lost belonging, your restaurant, or your organization, Flagr lets someone privately reach the right person — without seeing their phone number, email, or name.
A locked car with a child or pet inside. A break-in in progress. Every sticker includes a one-tap Emergency option that flags the message as high priority. Flagr supports everyday help, but it never replaces 911.
No name, account, or email is ever requested from the sender. A 3-minute cooldown per sticker keeps out repeated messages.
Unactivated stickers route straight to the activation page automatically.
It's under the sealed flap inside — not printed beside the public QR. Keep it private; it proves the sticker is yours.
One secure link links the sticker to your account so you can receive messages and manage it later.
A public scan opens the private contact page. Signed-in owners get their dashboard instead.
We will publish verified customer feedback here as people use Flagr. We do not invent testimonials or publish sample quotes as if they came from customers.
Your feedback can help future Flagr users understand how the sticker works in everyday situations.
Scan the QR first — Flagr brings you here automatically. Your private owner code is under the sealed flap inside the package. Keep it private; it proves the sticker is yours.
is connected to your member account.
Future public scans open the private contact page. When you are signed in, scanning your own sticker opens your dashboard.

Some people find it difficult to approach a stranger, neighbour, staff member, or management team directly. Flagr gives people a simple way to send a private message when speaking up in person feels uncomfortable.
Flagr is not a mental health service and does not diagnose or treat any condition. It is a private communication tool that can make it easier for people to speak up.
If you are in crisis or need immediate mental-health support in Canada, call or text 988.
Your email is verified. Tap the button below to finish signing in to Flagr.
Use the verified email connected to your stickers. The same secure link works for first-time registration and future sign-in—no password required.
Companies can purchase Flagr in bulk and give stickers to employees as a useful everyday benefit. Each employee activates their own sticker privately and uses it exactly like any other Flagr member—for a car, community/property, or lost item.
Flagr is open to bulk orders, pilot programs, employee-benefit collaborations, and thoughtful co-branded packaging.
Messages are stored privately in Supabase and can also be emailed to the official Flagr inbox.
For immediate danger, contact local emergency services. This form is not monitored continuously.

How Flagr collects, uses, protects, and shares information during the Canadian pilot.
This policy applies to the Flagr website, QR-sticker service, member dashboard, public flag form, contact form, and related pilot operations. Flagr is an early-stage service operated from Ontario, Canada. The Flagr Privacy Officer is accountable for compliance with this policy. Privacy questions, access requests, correction requests, deletion requests, and complaints may be sent to the Flagr Privacy Officer at [email protected].
When someone contacts Flagr, the service may collect the selected topic, rating, message, page address, optional name, optional reply email, and optional Sticker ID.
Flagr does not sell personal information and does not use emergency-contact information for advertising.
The Mental wellness support page describes Flagr as a private communication tool that may help some people communicate when speaking in person feels uncomfortable. Flagr is not a healthcare provider, does not diagnose or treat mental-health conditions, and does not provide therapy, counselling, crisis assessment, or clinical support. If a person chooses to mention mental-health, disability, medical, or other sensitive information in a Flagr message, that information is treated as private message content under this Privacy Policy. Users should share only what is necessary and should not use the public flag form to request urgent mental-health care.
By activating a sticker, the owner agrees to the collection, use, and disclosure described here. Some information is necessary to operate the sticker and owner account; withdrawing consent for those necessary uses may require the sticker or account to be deactivated. An owner who provides another person’s emergency-contact information confirms that they have informed that person, obtained their permission to provide the information, and explained that the contact may receive genuine urgent Flagr notifications. Consent may be withdrawn by contacting Flagr or deleting the relevant information, subject to legal, security, and recordkeeping requirements.
Flagr currently relies on Supabase for authentication and database services, Netlify for website hosting, and Resend for transactional email delivery. These providers may process information outside Canada. Information processed in another country may be accessible to courts, law-enforcement agencies, or national-security authorities under that country’s laws. Flagr remains responsible for personal information under its control and uses contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to the information.
Flagr retains information only for as long as reasonably needed for sticker operation, support, safety, fraud prevention, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. Retention may differ by record type and may be extended for a security incident, legal hold, chargeback, complaint, or investigation. During the pilot, deletion is handled through verified requests and operational review; Flagr does not currently promise automatic deletion on a fixed schedule. Verified owners may request account, profile, message, or emergency-contact deletion by emailing Flagr. A deletion request does not require Flagr to remove information that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or an active investigation. Information that is no longer required is deleted, erased, or de-identified using reasonable methods.
Flagr uses access controls, row-level database security, verified owner authentication, restricted server functions, encrypted network connections, hashed anti-spam tokens, and limited public data exposure. No online service can promise perfect security. If a privacy or security incident occurs, Flagr will assess it, keep legally required records, notify affected people when required, and report qualifying breaches to the appropriate authority.
Owners may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information by contacting [email protected]. Flagr may ask for reasonable verification before disclosing or changing private account information. Flagr will normally respond to a written access request within 30 days. Where the law permits additional time, Flagr will notify the requester of the extension, the reason for it, and the new response deadline. Concerns may also be brought to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or another applicable privacy regulator.
Flagr is not intended for children under 13. Flagr does not knowingly ask children to submit personal information through the public flag form. Users below the age of majority should involve a parent or guardian in purchases, sticker activation, and emergency-contact decisions where appropriate. This policy may be updated when the pilot, service providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date and, where required, additional notice or consent will be obtained.
Rules for using Flagr stickers, accounts, public flags, and the pilot website.
By activating a sticker, accessing a member account, sending a flag, or otherwise using Flagr, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and Emergency Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 13 years old to use Flagr. A person under 18 in Ontario, or below the age of majority where they live, should use Flagr with the permission and assistance of a parent or guardian. If you use Flagr on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
Flagr connects a physical QR sticker to a private owner account. An owner assigns each sticker to Car / Vehicle, Community / Organization, Lost Item, or Restaurant. A scanner sees message suggestions matched automatically to that saved category and can send a private flag without receiving the owner’s contact information. For a Restaurant sticker, a customer may privately submit a complaint, suggestion, compliment, private review, or custom written feedback to the restaurant owner; Flagr does not publish that feedback as a public review. The owner may send one preset acknowledgement tied to that specific flag. The acknowledgement does not reveal the scanner’s or owner’s name, email address, or phone number and does not create an open chat.
You must not use Flagr for harassment, threats, stalking, discrimination, sexual harassment, sexually explicit content, extortion, impersonation, fraud, spam, knowingly false emergencies, illegal surveillance, unlawful content, or any activity that violates law or another person’s rights. You must not attempt to identify an anonymous scanner; expose an owner or emergency contact; access another person’s account; circumvent cooldowns, rate limits, or security controls; scrape or harvest information; use automated tools to submit flags; introduce malicious code; probe, scan, or test Flagr systems without written authorization; or interfere with the service.
The person submitting a message remains responsible for its content. Flagr does not claim ownership of private messages. The sender gives Flagr a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, copy, process, transmit, and display the message only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and administer the service, enforce these Terms, and comply with applicable law. Flagr does not use private message content for advertising. De-identified or aggregated service information may be used to understand performance and improve Flagr.
Flagr may restrict submissions, suspend stickers or accounts, preserve relevant records, and disclose information as described in the Privacy Policy when reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, protect people or the service, enforce these Terms, or comply with a valid legal requirement.
Flagr does not guarantee that a message, notification, or owner acknowledgement will be delivered, read, understood, or answered within any particular time. Notifications may be attempted through the owner’s private inbox and any configured notification method, but availability and delivery are not guaranteed. Owner acknowledgements are optional, limited to preset responses, and may be unavailable after the temporary anonymous response session expires. Delivery can be affected by connectivity, browser or device settings, an inactive or damaged sticker, incorrect account information, spam filters, third-party outages, paused accounts, or other events outside Flagr’s control. The service may be changed, interrupted, suspended, or discontinued.
Flagr may present information about private communication and mental wellness as a general use case. This information is educational and product-related only. Flagr is not a mental-health service, therapist, counsellor, crisis line, medical-alert system, or emergency response service. Flagr does not diagnose, treat, assess, or monitor a mental-health condition and does not create a therapeutic relationship. Users must not rely on a Flagr sticker or message for urgent mental-health care. In Canada, people who are in crisis can call or text 988; for immediate danger, call 911 or the appropriate local emergency service.
Never delay calling 911 or the appropriate local emergency service because of Flagr. The Call 911 control opens the device’s normal calling function; Flagr does not place, monitor, or confirm the call. Emergency-contact details remain private from scanners. See the Emergency Disclaimer for the full limitation.
Owners agree that Flagr may send account-verification, security, sticker-management, message-notification, urgent-alert, service-status, and other operational communications needed to provide the service. Marketing communications, if introduced, will be handled separately and according to applicable consent, identification, and unsubscribe requirements.
Flagr-owned website content, visual design, branding, and software are protected to the extent provided by applicable intellectual-property laws. Flagr-owned branding and materials may not be copied or used in a way that falsely suggests approval, sponsorship, or affiliation. Nothing in these Terms represents that a Canadian trademark registration has been granted. Third-party software, fonts, and services remain subject to their own licences.
Flagr is provided on an “as available” basis during the pilot. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flagr disclaims implied warranties that can legally be disclaimed and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from misuse, delayed messages, third-party services, sticker placement, or reliance on the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights, remedies, responsibilities, or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Flagr may suspend or restrict a sticker, account, submission source, or feature where reasonably necessary for security, suspected misuse, legal compliance, service protection, or violation of these Terms. An owner may stop using Flagr and request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. Provisions concerning ownership, message responsibility, legal compliance, disclaimers, liability, and dispute handling continue where their nature requires them to survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without removing any mandatory consumer right available in another jurisdiction. Flagr may update these Terms as the pilot, functionality, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be posted with a revised date and will apply prospectively. Where additional notice or renewed consent is legally required, Flagr will provide it. Continuing to use Flagr after an effective update means acceptance where permitted by law.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later. These Terms and the policies they reference form the agreement for use of the Flagr service, while a separate order confirmation, invoice, or Terms of Sale may govern a purchase.
Questions, abuse reports, and legal notices may be sent to [email protected].
Pre-launch framework for future purchases of physical Flagr sticker packs.
A Flagr order may include one or more physical QR stickers, printed instructions, packaging, cleaning materials where stated, and access to the related digital service. The product page will identify the exact quantity, dimensions, materials, intended placement, compatibility, service features, and limitations included with the purchase.
Any claim concerning weather resistance, expected lifespan, durability, removability, or surface compatibility will be limited to claims reasonably supported by product testing or supplier documentation. The checkout page will state whether digital access is included indefinitely, for a stated period, or during the Flagr pilot. No recurring fee will be charged unless the customer separately and expressly agrees to it before being charged.
Prices will be displayed in the stated currency. Before an order is submitted, Flagr will clearly show the seller’s contact information, selected products, quantities, total price, applicable taxes, shipping charges, other mandatory costs, payment terms, delivery information, and an opportunity to correct errors.
An order is an offer to purchase. Flagr accepts the order when it sends an order-confirmation or shipment-confirmation message stating that the order has been accepted. An automatic payment acknowledgement does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted.
Flagr may reject or cancel an order for reasons such as unavailable inventory, an obvious pricing or description error, suspected fraud, an unsupported delivery destination, or a legal restriction. Any amount collected for a cancelled order will be refunded. The customer will receive an electronic confirmation or agreement that can be saved or printed within the period required by applicable law.
Activation requires a compatible internet-connected device, access to the owner’s verified email address, the Public Sticker ID, and the Private Owner Code supplied in the package. The Private Owner Code must be kept confidential and must not be displayed on the public sticker.
The customer should promptly contact Flagr if a package arrives open, a Private Owner Code appears exposed, or a sticker appears to have been claimed before delivery. Flagr may require reasonable proof of purchase and identity before assisting with an ownership dispute, replacing a Private Owner Code, or transferring a sticker. Flagr is not responsible for unauthorized activation caused by the customer’s voluntary disclosure of a code or secure sign-in link, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
Available destinations, carriers, shipping methods, delivery estimates, and fees will be disclosed before checkout. Delivery dates are estimates unless Flagr expressly guarantees a specific date.
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and promptly review the order confirmation for mistakes. Flagr should be contacted promptly regarding a delayed, missing, damaged, incomplete, or incorrectly fulfilled shipment. Flagr will explain the available investigation, replacement, or refund process based on the circumstances, carrier information, and applicable law.
Except where required by applicable law, all Flagr sticker-pack sales are final. Flagr does not accept returns or exchanges because a customer changes their mind, orders the wrong quantity, decides not to activate a sticker, or no longer wants the product.
This final-sale policy does not limit any right or remedy that cannot legally be limited. Customers should contact Flagr if an order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect; contains an invalid Private Owner Code supplied by Flagr; materially differs from its description; or is not delivered.
Flagr may request reasonable order information, photographs, or other details to verify the issue. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, Flagr may provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate remedy. Items must not be returned without prior instructions from Flagr.
Customers must follow the supplied placement and cleaning instructions and comply with applicable laws. Vehicle stickers must be positioned where they do not obstruct the driver’s view, permits, labels, cameras, sensors, mirrors, lights, or safety equipment.
The customer is responsible for confirming that the selected surface and location are suitable. Weather resistance does not mean indestructibility or suitability for every surface or condition. Stickers should be inspected periodically and replaced if damaged, peeling, obscured, or unreadable. Flagr is not responsible for surface damage caused by placement contrary to the instructions, subject to rights that cannot legally be limited.
Purchasing a sticker does not purchase emergency monitoring, guaranteed notification, a guaranteed response, insurance, lost-property recovery, roadside assistance, towing, alarm monitoring, or security services.
The product page will state the digital-service access included with the purchase and any known service-period limitations. Digital features depend on internet connectivity, compatible devices, and third-party service providers. Flagr may update or discontinue pilot features, but will not impose a new recurring charge without the customer’s express agreement.
Flagr does not guarantee that a message or notification will be delivered, read, or answered within a particular time. Never rely on Flagr instead of calling emergency services where immediate assistance may be required.
Orders placed primarily for business, resale, promotional distribution, or employee-benefit programs may be governed by a separate written quote, invoice, or agreement. Consumer rights that legally apply to an individual purchaser are not removed merely because a company paid for the product. Employees who activate sponsored stickers retain control of their private Flagr profiles and messages as explained in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms do not limit any right or remedy that cannot legally be limited. Required disclosures will be presented clearly and prominently before an order is submitted, and the customer will receive an electronic order confirmation, agreement, or receipt that can be retained.
Questions, cancellation notices where a legal cancellation right applies, product concerns, and requests relating to damaged, defective, incorrect, misdescribed, invalid-code, or undelivered orders may be sent to [email protected]. Before public sales begin, Flagr will also publish the seller’s legal or operating name, business mailing address, and any other contact information required by law.
Simple rules for helpful, respectful, and safe flags.
Flagr can be used as a quieter communication option when someone feels uncomfortable speaking directly. This does not make Flagr a mental-health or crisis service. Do not use a Flagr message to request immediate medical, psychiatric, or crisis assistance. Do not include unnecessary medical details, diagnoses, medications, or other sensitive personal information about yourself or another person.
The two-digit handoff code helps the finder and owner confirm that they are referring to the same Flagr message. It is not a password, account credential, or proof of identity or legal ownership.
Do not share the Private Owner Code printed inside the Flagr packaging. A finder and owner should use reasonable judgment when arranging the return of an item. Avoid unsafe or isolated meetings and use a staffed public location, reception desk, building security office, police-designated exchange location, or recognized lost-and-found service where appropriate.
Flagr may rate-limit or block submissions, remove content, restrict features, suspend stickers or accounts, preserve relevant records, and investigate suspected misuse where reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, service protection, or enforcement of these Guidelines.
Serious or repeated misuse may result in suspension of a sticker, account, submission source, device identifier, or access to the service. Flagr may preserve or disclose limited information as described in the Privacy Policy where legally permitted or required.
Use Contact / Feedback or email [email protected]. Include the Public Sticker ID, approximate date and time, and enough information to understand the concern.
Do not send passwords, Private Owner Codes, financial details, government identifiers, or unnecessary sensitive information. Flagr does not provide continuously monitored moderation or emergency response. For immediate danger, contact 911 or the appropriate local emergency service first.
What Flagr can—and cannot—do during an urgent situation.
Flagr is not continuously monitored and is not a substitute for 911, police, fire, ambulance, poison control, a medical-alert system, an alarm company, roadside assistance, towing, or professional security.
Flagr cannot assess an emergency, verify that information is accurate, track someone’s live location, dispatch responders, or confirm that help is on the way.
A scanner may select an urgent message, add a brief factual description and optional incident location, confirm that the concern is genuine, and send the flag.
Flagr stores the message in the owner’s private dashboard and may attempt operational email notifications to the owner and an available saved emergency-contact email. Any location entered by a scanner is user-provided. Flagr does not verify its accuracy and does not provide live location tracking.
The owner’s emergency-contact name, email address, and any phone number supplied are not shown to the scanner.
Flagr does not currently call or send SMS messages to emergency contacts. The Call 911 button opens the device’s normal calling feature. It does not reveal the owner’s information, call an emergency contact, place a monitored Flagr call, or confirm that the call was completed.
An urgent flag or notification may be delayed, blocked, misdirected, unavailable, unread, or unanswered because of internet failure, device settings, incorrect contact information, spam filtering, provider outages, a paused or inactive sticker, a damaged QR code, or other circumstances.
Flagr does not guarantee delivery, receipt, location accuracy, response time, emergency assistance, recovery of property, prevention of harm, or any particular outcome. An owner acknowledgement means only that the owner selected a preset response in Flagr; it is not confirmation that emergency services were contacted, that anyone is responding in person, or that help is on the way. Nothing in this disclaimer limits a right or responsibility that cannot legally be limited.
The Mental wellness support page is not an emergency resource. Flagr does not assess suicide risk, self-harm risk, psychiatric emergencies, or other mental-health crises and cannot dispatch help. In Canada, call or text 988 for crisis support; call 911 or the appropriate local emergency service for immediate danger. Do not wait for a Flagr message, email notification, owner response, or emergency-contact response.
The Contact / Feedback form and [email protected] are not continuously monitored and must not be used to request emergency assistance.
Non-urgent questions about this disclaimer may be sent to [email protected].
